APPOINTMENTS
Acupuncture sessions are by appointment only. To schedule an appointment, please visit my online booking or fill out the contact form. If there is a day/time you are hoping for that is not open on my online booking, please contact me to be added to a waitlist.
CANCELLATIONS
Please email Meghan at least 24-hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. You may also reschedule through your patient portal if you booked your appointment online. There is a $75 cancellation fee for less than 24-hours notice, no show without notice will be charged in full.
PAYMENTS
Payment in full is due at time of service. Accepted forms of payment are cash, checks, credit cards, HSA/FSA cards, Venmo, and Zelle.
SALES
All sales on services and products are final. We can not accept returns or refund opened or used products.
COVID SAFETY
Masks are not required in the office. Of course, you have the option to wear one and I am happy to wear one also, if you feel more comfortable. Enhanced cleaning procedures are performed throughout the day, new table linens are used for each patient, and room ventilation with window and air purifier are used. Please do not bring others to your appointment to limit congregation in the waiting area. If you are experiencing any COVID or flu-like symptoms or have been in contact with an infected individual, please email Meghan to reschedule your appointment.
